Off-Season
Keep your workspace intact during a quiet year. Your roster, applicant history, saved artists, past calls and contracts stay exactly where they are — frozen in read-only and ready to reactivate to Season or Season Max in one click.

Off-Season is how you step down from an annual plan between seasons — not a starting plan. You move onto it when you renew, so your data never goes dark.
Free company profile
Every company on Lanced has a profile, with or without an active plan. Without a plan you can keep a basic profile and post to the Open Board — but you can’t run calls or manage applicants inside Lanced until you take a plan.

What’s a ‘call’?
A call is one complete hiring process on Lanced — an audition, casting, job posting, open call, competition, or residency. It covers everything from publishing the opportunity through making a final decision.
Can I use all call types on every plan?
Yes. Every plan supports every call type. The difference between plans is workflow depth — tailoring the form, managing applicants, team collaboration, history, contracts — not which type of call you can post.
What happens when I reach my call limit?
On Season and Season Max, you can purchase extra calls at €499 and €399 each respectively. On Solo Pass, you’ll need to upgrade to an annual plan to run more calls — your full €499 rolls over if you’re within 90 days.
Why would I choose Season if I only run one audition a year?
Because the work doesn’t end when applications close. Season lets you tailor the form, filter thousands of applicants by attribute, review as a team, and keep everyone you sourced for next time. Solo Pass lets you collect and search, but you can’t filter the whole pile and nothing is kept once the call closes.
What’s the real difference between Solo Pass and Season?
Solo Pass opens a call and collects applicants — one account, a templated form, search and sort but no filters, and nothing kept once the call closes. Season tailors and manages: custom questions and media, availability and attribute filtering, saved artists and history, analytics, and a full team reviewing together. Solo Pass is the on-ramp; Season is your workspace.
Do artists or applicants pay anything?
No. Lanced is free for artists and applicants. Companies pay for the workspace and hiring infrastructure.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All plans include GDPR-compliant tools (data export and deletion). Season Max adds SSO, audit logs and custom retention policies. Custom plans offer data residency choice and custom Data Processing Agreements. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Annual plans can be set to non-renewing at any time before your anniversary date — you’ll keep full access until the end of your paid year. Solo Pass is one-time and never auto-renews.
Can I switch between annual plans?
Yes. Upgrades from Season to Season Max can happen at any point during your annual cycle. Any active add-ons fold into Season Max automatically.
Why is the price different in my country?
We band prices by market so the product stays accessible everywhere. Prices are pre-rounded and refreshed manually — no live FX.
What about VAT?
All prices shown exclude VAT. EU B2B cross-border sales are reverse-charged at invoicing. Dutch customers will see VAT added on the invoice.
Are prices fixed?
Published prices are indicative. The binding price is set at contract — for annual plans, this is the price on your subscription start date and remains fixed for that annual term. Custom pricing is fully scoped per contract.
