Bio

A bio is a short written introduction to an artist's background, experience and artistic identity.

Unlike a CV, which is usually structured as a list, a bio tells a more personal and narrative version of someone's professional journey.

Bios are often used in programmes, websites, artist profiles, grant applications, festival pages and company introductions.
