We do not operate a telephone helpline. Enquiries submitted by email or through the contact form are reviewed by our team and we aim to respond within 5 business days.

Lanced B.V. does not currently carry out an activity subject to an authorisation or licensing scheme, and does not exercise a regulated profession, within the meaning of Article 3:15d(1)(d) and (e) of the Dutch Civil Code.

Information on how Lanced B.V. processes personal data, including the respective roles of Lanced and of companies using the platform under applicable Data Protection Laws, is set out in our Privacy Policy and, where a customer relationship exists, in the Data Processing Addendum.

Use of the Lanced platform is subject to our Terms of Service, as amended from time to time.

Lanced B.V. is responsible for the content it publishes itself on this website. Profiles, media, listings, applications and other material submitted by users of the platform are provided by those users. Lanced B.V. does not systematically monitor such material, without prejudice to its obligations under applicable law and to the notice and removal procedures described in our Terms of Service.
