This can include dancers, performers, choreographers, makers, teachers, collaborators, residents, fellows or participants in artistic programmes.

Creative recruitment often requires more visual and qualitative evaluation than traditional recruitment. It is not only about what someone has done, but also how they move, think, create and connect.
