Repertoire
Repertoire refers to existing artistic material from a company, choreographer, production or performance tradition.
In auditions, repertoire is often used to assess how well a dancer or performer can learn, interpret and perform specific movement or performance material.
For dance companies, repertoire can reveal technical ability, musicality, style, adaptability, memory, physical detail and artistic presence.
Repertoire tasks may be taught live, shared in advance through video, or requested as part of a digital application.
