Lanced works with selected technology providers to operate and improve our platform. Each processes personal data only on Lanced's instructions and under a data processing agreement. Providers are listed alphabetically.
Two providers carry substantially all personal data on the platform. DigitalOcean's managed database holds every record — accounts, artist profiles, applications, messages, outcomes and billing state. Cloudflare holds every file — headshots, portfolio media, self-tapes, documents, CVs and signed contracts. Both are located within the European Economic Area. The remaining providers are narrow by comparison: one function each, and most receive only a name and an email address.

The providers below are planned but are not processing any personal data today. They are published in advance so customers have notice before any data moves to them.
